At BAINA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home essentials aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
